Lavish Color Salon Gift Certificate Instructions for Paying & Printing Gift Certificate

We sell gift certificates in increments of $25. In order to pay for the gift certificate, please call 216-378-9870 — you will receive an authorization number. Once you receive the authorization number, just print out this page and write the authorization number on it (you must have the authorization number in order to make the gift certificate valid). Please make sure to include a printout of the gift certificate terms and conditions below.

We also carry Lavish Color Salon gift cards that may be purchased at the Salon. Each gift card can be gift wrapped upon request.

Lavish Color Salon Gift Certificate Terms & Conditions

Gift certificates contain value which may only be used for purchases or services at Lavish Color Salon. You must present the gift certificate to the receptionist at time of payment. At time of payment if the purchase or service is less than the amount of the gift certificate, you will receive a gift certificate with the remaining balance. Lavish Color Salon is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged cards or any unauthorized use. Gratuity is not included with any service paid for with this gift certificate. Gift certificates expire two years from date issued.
